Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma of apple and a bit of funk. Very crisp aroma. Sweet taste with soft carbonation. Very refreshing.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Pale gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, with alittle funk. Taste is sweet, mellow, apple, some funky hints and light tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

28/8/2021. From BIAB at the 2021 East Anglian Beer Festival, Bury St Edmunds. Cambridgeshire rating #250. Pours slightly hazy very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of musty apple, touch of horse blanket. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Decent.

BIAB: Poured a clear golden with not a lot of head. Aroma is apple, fresh. Taste is apple, fresh, not a lot of extra. Clean cider.

Bag in a box at the Railway Arms, Downham Market. Moonlight clear, absolutely still. Light sweet apple aroma with some vinegar notes. Initial sweet taste turns bitter/sour on a dime. It has one hell of a bite in the finish. Watery palate but I can live with that. A tasty and deceptively strong cider.
