Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, green apple, caramel. Taste is sweetish, tangy apple, with green apple & caramel notes, and some tartness and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

BIAB: . Poured golden clear with a bubble head. Aroma is apple, tannins. Taste is very dry, fruity, apple, tannins, tingle.

28/8/2021. From BIAB at the 2021 East Anglian Beer Festival, Bury St Edmunds. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of green apple, caramel, funky notes. Moderate sweetness, medium tartness. Moderate body, oily watery texture, soft carbonation. Nice dry tart finish. Enjoyable.

On tap at Robin Hood Beer Festival 2019. Cloudy orange, no head. Apples, some barrel, tart, sweetish, dry finish. Medium bodied.
