355ml can shared with Soph. Misty yellow. Aroma of sulphuric funk, citrus. Immediate whoosh of wild sour yeast and a fine, super spritzy carbonation. Definitely a strong wild element at play here. Strong tart acetic funk, sulphuric linger, tart with apple skin and core. Interesting wild cider, but perhaps a slight over carbonation.

Four pack from Appalachian Vinter. Pint glass @home. Dusty, spritz-y, pale gold. Earthy, sulfur-y, salt. Citrusy, grapefruit, typical Eden flavor profile of bright red apples & major salinity. Half tart, slightly slightly sweet, lingering bitterness, very faint funk. Crispy, forced, refreshing carbonation. Strong acidity. Very easy.

355ml can from Aeble Cider Shop. Hazy yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, acetic funk, citric. Taste is tangy apple, some tartness, with skin and core, along with citric acidity and spicy woody tannin. Medium bodied, high carbonation, dry tart & tannic spicy peppery finish. Nicely drinkable.
