Bottle at a share. Pours almost clear pale orange gold with a white cap. Aroma: apple skin, apple flesh, mild funk. Taste: light to moderate sweet, light dry, tangy apple, apple skins, light funk, floral, low-ish tannins. Medium body with spritzy carbonation.

750ml bottle from Fram Ferment. Slightly hazy orange gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fleshy, funky. Taste is tangy apple, fleshy, mellow funk, some citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
