75cl bottle picked up at Gloucester Services farm shop and cracked open at our AirBnB in Dorset. Clear varnished gold appearance. Caramelised apple fruit aroma. Continues to taste with a subtle tang and distinctly dry character, some apple skin notes and a good tannic close. Decent.

Sample thanks to minutemat, cheers Mat! Yellowy pale golden colour, short-lived thin white foam head and aroma of apple, caramel hint, and slight mucky note. Taste is fruity, apple, pineapple hint, slightly zingy, with some light funk and citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.
