Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers GB! Aroma of sweet apples, citrus and wood. Smooth dry finish with virtually no carbonation. Good.

Bottle in a bag at Weymouth Oktoberfest. Aroma is big and fruity. Some peel. Cloudy gold. No head. Sweet juice. Dry edge. Long finish. Refreshing cider.

Draft @ Square and Compass. Pours a relatively clear amber, light mist. Coarse farmyard funk on the nose. Nice rough tannin rich medium dry overall with some foraged herb and wild orchard notes. Decent scrumpy.

9/5/2021. Taster courtesy of minutemat, cheers! Pours almost clear golden with minimal head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, apple skin, flowers, citrus and woody herbal horsey notes. Moderate sweetness and light bitter/tart. Moderate body, low carbonation. Dry tannic finish. Best of the set from this cidery.

Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, funky. Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, woody, oak, with horsey barnyard funky and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry funky tannic finish.

Draught at The Square & Compass. It pours lightly hazy golden with no head whatsoever. The nose is sweet, fruity, wood, apple, pear skin, barnyard and earth, The taste is bitter-sweet, apple, tangy, wood, red gala apple, pear skin and booze with a mouth-drying finish. Medium body and low carbonation. Pretty decent rustic stuff.
