16/4/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours almost clear pale golden with a very small bubbly white head. Aroma is floral, green apple, vaguely mucky, twiggy, oily. Light sweetness and moderate bitterness. Dry and slightly tart finish. Not a big fan.

750ml bottle from Mansgill Farm Shop. Pours a pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of oil, hay, hint of apple. Taste is tart, tangy, green fleshy apple, some oily funk, citric, and drying acidic. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite OK, very dry and acidic
