Bottle. Gift off the missus, I think. Gingery gold. Faint wisp of white head. Nose has apple stalk. Pomace. Fresh vanilla. Strudel. Taste has a touch of sweetness, but is mostly tannic and dry, with an apple core and stalk bitterness. Dry and refreshing on the palate with fine brisk carbonation. Cleansing dryness to finish. Demolished the 750 bottle in about 10 minutes.

Bottle at home, from Olivers online, 31/05/21. Lightly hazed carrot shades of orange with a fast collapsing off white head. Nose is ripe apples, light orchard wood, hint of sugars, straw. Taste comprises tangy apples, tannins, wood must, light funk levels, crisp orchard fruit load. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid apple joose.

26/3/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours slightly murky dull gold with a small bubbly white head. Lovely pure apple aroma. Moderate sweetness and touch of tart. Light dryness and a tangy finish. Very nice.

750ml bottle from Hop Burns & Black. Hazy orangey gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity, juicy apple, some funk. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fruity, funky, orchardy, woody with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, very dry funky & tannic finish. Very drinkable.
