Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a unclear golden to copper with a white ring head. Aroma is apples, spices, cinnamon. Taste is semi-sweet apple, cinnamon, loads of spices, reminds of drinking apple pie.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Slightly hazy golden amber colour, white bubbly foam head that dissipates away and aroma of baked apple, some cinnamon spice. Taste is sweet, red apple, cooked apple note, with alittle tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet & slightly tart apple finish. Quite OK

4/2/2021. Bottle bought direct from the cidery. Pours clear golden amber with minimal head. Aroma of cinnamon, baked apple, touch of nutmeg. Medium plus sweetness, and a slight bitter/tart edge. Moderate body, watery, low carbonation. Nice aroma but my least favourite from this cidery.

ABV: 4.0%. Clear light to medium yellow - pink colour with a small small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, spicy, cinnamon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet apple - apple syrup, spicy, sugary, artificial. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat to soft. [20200408]

Bottle @ Corona Højbjerg tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is pale orange. Aroma and taste are cinnamon, malt, fruits, apples and has a nice cinnamon finish.
