Obtained in a trade with Dedollewaitor. Thx! 330 ml. bottle split by 4 @ “The Tasting formerly known as Mons RBBAG I (2014)”. BBF 05/2017. Very nice label. Black, thick mocha head only on the sides. Nose is mocha, roast, chocolate milk, roast, faint vegetable note (the malts or the hops?). Taste is bitter roasted malts, tad vegetable / root note, chicory coffee, bitter roast, roots & liquorish. Very low carbonation. Decent but not very attenuated or impressive.

Black with a lasting tan head. Aroma of chocolate with licorice and caramel, vanilla and a faint hint of soy sauce. Sweetish roasted flavour with dark chocolate and coffee and a touch of ash. Easy drinking, yet flavourful

Draugt @ Voldby ølmesse. Pours hazy brown with a huge creamy tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, light sourness, dark fruit. Flavor is malty, sourness, coffee, chocolate, licorice, fruit. Thin to medium body, average carbonation. Allthough still drinkable, this shows more than just a hint of infection. 300814

Draft. A black beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, over ripe fruits, and viking ship (or wood), leading to a dry roasted finish.
