12oz bottle. Poured a clear golden yellow color with a medium sized, very slightly white head. Aroma was light pine, bitter hops. Flavor was pleasant, though perhaps a bit more biscuit, earthy notes, resin finish.

12oz bottle; Christmas Day 2022 at my daughters in Laguna Hills. Clean amber/old golden body, white head. Hoppy nose and taste, more resinous than fruity, not too bitter though. Liked it.

Can. Clear amber with a fluffy white head that lasts OK and laces well. 3+ Aroma of weeds, grapefruit, pine, bread crust. Sweet but not a lot of body. Dries out a bit with a bitter finish. I wonder whether I would have liked the balance of this 15 years ago? - I like it now. Solid IPA in the robust West Coast US mould.

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Lovely dank forward nose with caramel, orange zest and pine notes and as it warms, more tropical fruit notes. Classic west coast style with good bitterness and a low-malt body. Refreshing and super crushable. A bit old-school in 2018, but well done and very enjoyable. --- Beer merged from original tick of Hoppy Poppy IPA on 20 Oct 2018 at 17:03 - Score: 8

Hazy pale amber colour, small frothy off-white head, dissipates quickly, good lacing. Aroma pale malts, grain, pine, after a while also orange, passion fruit come through. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, orange, pine, light caramel notes. Mild dry bittersweet aftertaste, medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, well-made and well-balanced IPA, good.

Pour is a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is kind of a resin hop with a sweet caramel malt. Flavor is a dry almost English style malt like a maris otter with some residual herbal hop. Not my cup of tea but if you like a nice English style IPA than give this a try.
