We’ve shaken up traditional tastes by brewing a spiced Belgian-style wheat ale with real orange, lemon and lime peels, and then added a little coriander spice to the mix. This uniquely-crafted and award-winning ale is unfiltered to create a brew that is naturally cloudy with a light golden color and a smooth, refreshing finish.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Sweet aroma of citrus, wheat, yeast and some mild spices. Sweet citrus flavour with wheat, mild yeast and spice notes leading to a dry, bitter finish. Medium body, sticky texture and average carbonation.

Sampled from bottle at Metro Liquor in Kelowna, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose and flavour of light wheat, moderate Belgian yeast, and lemon. Pretty standard and unexciting, but refreshing. Okay.

Poured from 12 fl oz bottle. Cloudy, pale yellow with dissipating white head. Light wheat nose with minimal coriander and citrus. Has the same tastes, but very muted, tastes like it was added after the fact to a lager.

Had this in a can during my last visit back to Montreal, I thought it was an American craft import. Turns out it is a "crafty beer", no big surprise there as while they were in the ballpark for a witbier, I felt it wasn’t as cloudy as usual or flavorful. Middle of the road but ok.

On tap. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of sweet wheat and sweet citrus with a touch of bitterness. Flavor has sweet wheat with a light sweet citrus note and a bit thin in the finish.

Bottle at JW Marriott, Orlando, 18th November 13. Weird artificial flavour, very strange taste at the back end. Did not bother finishing this one.
