Keg. Big thanks to the Kernel guys for facilitating this. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light smooth malts provide a modicum of sweetness. Hops are fairly bitter here and spicy too boot. Light pine streaked yellow grapefruit, which provides the bitter kick. Mild floral citrus and a whisper of bitterish lemon that may be the Pac Gem. Whisper of bitter lime peel. Smooth semi dry finish leaves a long spicy bitter linger. Robust and interesting.
