In my point of view, it is an original beer, mix with tea and malt, giving a side a bit hard at the mouth but it is pleasant, next one!!!! 16.12.16, at Prélaz

hazy orange to amber colour, medium sized dense beige-ish ecru head; aroma of grains, bread crust, apple, slight clove and lemon zest; taste of malty sweetness, some fruitiness, clove, yeasty and some hoppy bittery notes; good one

330ml bottle from La Bierotheque, Toulouse and drunk at home. Golden brown and a little bit hazy with a small ring of off-white head. Herbal, grassy notes, some candy sugar and sweet cooking spice. Sweet taste with some spicy yeast and tea tannins. The finish turns more bitter with tannic sourness. Heavily carbonated. Different and delicious.

Tap @ Bierkeller Au Trappiste, Bern. Pours clear amber, small off-white head. Aroma is herbal, yeast. Taste is soft, doughy, some cereal, floral herbal notes, green tea perhaps. Ok.

At Brassin Public. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is green tea, slightly citric, herbal. Body is light, softly bitter, tea-like and herbal. Palate is dryish. Good, but not the most interesting brew.

0.33l bottle from a coop in bern, 3.90 fr. pours a cloudy amber with a big steady off-white head. aroma of perfume and fruity hops. flavour of funk, sour apricots, herbs. a bit like a belgian saison. slightly astringent chalky mouthfeel -- is that tea in the finish?

Interesting beer, a lager with some of the funky BFM characteristics. Can’t taste the tea really, just a lot of fruity and estery flavours. Alright, but could use a bit more oomph.
