Medium rosy-white head, rather dense over well-carbonated pinkish yellow beer. Floral, pink berries, rosehips, lactic acid, buttermilk, pink icecream. All the former returning, tuned down. Bit demure, almost no acidity, and the mineral - though present - is very mild. LIght body; still rather slick, good carbonation.Aftertaste vanishes quickly. Interesting. Txs to Stef!

Dark blond colour with a peachy hue and lacy head. Amazing aroma of fresh raspberries. Really strong and perfumed. It carries through into the taste, although milder. Light wheaty profile. Light bodied. Clean finish.

30/XI/19 - sample @ Day 2 of Billies Craft Beer Festival 2019, BB: n/a - (2019-2057) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Aroma: lots of raspberry jam, fruity, nice, funky, acidic impressions. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: raspberry jam up front, nice acidity, metallic touch, slightly bitter. Aftertaste: more bitterness, lots of raspberry jam, pretty watery, little lemony, metallic.
