500 ml bottle. Unclear salmon pink body with a small but dense white head. Aroma has acidic raspberries and not so much more. Flavor is mild acidic berries, raspberries, mild lacto, hint of pale malt. Easy and refreshing but not very complex really.

Small glass, tap at Parkteatret. Close to clear amber-pink body. Dissipating pink head. Clingy lacing. Modest aroma of sweet berries. Similar flavours of sweet raspberries with citric hints beneath. Short lived mid-sweet ending. Soft in the mouth. Okay, not again though (Oslo 11.05.2016).

Draft @ BBP, Norwegian brewers tap takeover. As a Gose as per the brewer. Couleur orangée tirant sur un léger rosâtre, col fin blanc. Arôme au bouquet plaisant, fruité de framboise, rétro fin minéral mais un tantinet trop discret. Palais est fruité mettant bien en avant le profil de la framboise, ce dernier est finement terreux, léger aigrelet, râpeux mais demeurant assez doux voire collant, donnant cette impression de jus de framboise plutôt que de fruits entier. Malt de froment ajoute belle tenue de bouche. Ceci étant, la bière est bien exécutée mais demeure faiblarde au niveau du style qui peine un peu à offrir ce petit plus au niveau du salin si caractéristique du style.

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. The beer that’s probably closest to the Swiss soft drink Rivella. Distinct milk serum texture. An aroma that I would describe with "medical green" despite not being a synesthetic. Raspberry? Well, yes, that too.

Draught @ Fermentoren Aarhus, Norregade 24, DK-8000 Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Lindheim Jacobs Hage ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity, light raspberry, fruity raspberries. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average to long duration, raspberry, pale malt, fruity - fruity raspberries. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150124]

Kveldens andre øl, også fra fat på Mandag i annen: klar gylden med rødskjær og hvitt skum. Nydelig bringebæraroma og -smak, elegant balansert av en lett og fin maltkropp, og akkurat passelig med humle til at det ikke blir for søtt. Eminent drikkbar, en super sommerøl innpakket i 4,7.
