On tap at Bergen Ølfestival. It’s an unclear, pink grapefruit colored beer topped by a small, white head. The aroma is of the fruity kind, with raspberries the dominant scent. The same goes for the crisp, lightly berrysour flavor, dry and medium bodied with a pleasant carbonation level. A nice bitterness kicks in towards the finish. Refreshing and tasteful. 140906

On tap at What?s Brewing 2014, re-rated at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy pinkish orange. Aroma of raspberry, effervescent powder, yogurt, lemon, light bread. Thin-bodied. Refreshing; some sourness, slight bitterness. A little salt that becomes more pronounced after a while. Interesting mixture of malt and fruity sourness and special notes.

Small offwhite head. Hazy orangey body. Mealy fruity aroma with fresh cherry notes. Sweetish papery fruity toffee taste with vague cherry and whipped cream notes. Mid-bodied. Mealy, sharpish mouthfeel. Dryish papery spicy aftertaste with mealy cherry notes. It’s not bad, but a bit flat and boring. And it’s not even remotely a gose. (0.33l draft at Håndverkerstuene, Oslo.)

On tap @ Bergen Ølfestival. Pours hazy, very light pink, with a finger thick creamy head. Aroma is tart and fruity with raspberries, green and red currants. Medium body with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart with fruity yeast and berries, with raspberries, red currants and rhubarb. A tart fruity finish makes this a really nice kind of fruit fusion beer.

Sample at Bergen Ølfestival 2014. (my first one from this brewery) Hazy light pink with a small head. Aroma and taste of fresh raspberries. Quite light and not that sour. Some sweetness in the finish. An easy to drink beer.

Sample on tap at Grünerløkka Mat og mikrobryggfestival. Hazy golden to orange with reddish notes and a fairly white head. Delicious smell of fresh raspberries! Fruity aroma with notably raspberries and mild malty notes. Moderate sweet with nice berry flavour, some sour notes and a lighr bitterness. Delicious and refreshing!

On tap very fresh at the brewery. Cloudy pinkish colour, moderate pinkish-white head. Aroma mainly of ripe unsweetened raspberries. Medium dry flavour, dominant raspberries with some natural fruity acidity, but the beer is far from lambic-sour. I think I might have preferred the beer somewhat sweeter, and perhaps even sourer. Becomes a bit undefined as it is.
