Bottle BBE 03/11/2020 +5YRS. Almost black beer, a head is small and beige. Aroma has fried fruits, raisin, prune, but freshly, light barrel and spicyness. Taste has dried fruitness, raisin, barrel, surprisingly dry. Medium+ bodied. Very nice, but not top notch. Maybe already too old?

Dark sweet malty with lots of dried fruit shred, fruit cake malty, sweet toffee and fudge sweetness, medium plus body, cognac comes through, really smooth, cognac soaked oak accents into the spiced lingering sweet malty close. Lovely.

Sensory Session #57: Right. Black-brownish color and a small white head. Restrained nose, needa some warmer temp. Sweet malts, molasse, old vinegar/balsamico. Finish with cask flavors, Slightly vanilla

Delicious. Huge notes from the 2-year Cognac aging. Dark, dark, dark. From Flanders but doesn't taste like those traditional ales.

Vintage 2018. Konjaki vaat (varem oli kalvadossi vaat, untappdis on asi ikka segane). Väga klasssikaline pannepoti maitse ja lõhn: suhkrune, karamelline, linnaseline, nats pärmine, tummine, puuviljane, päris alksine. Konjakit otse ei ütleks, mis on hea.
