Sólás is made from the full juice of a blend of locally sourced culinary and dessert apples and Michelin cider apples which is fermented to dryness, producing a refreshing cider where the acidity of the locally sourced fruit is balanced by the tannins of the Michelin, resulting in a smooth and satisfying still cider.

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a golden with a white colored head. Aroma is semi-sweet, apple, tannins, woodsy. Taste is crisp ripe apples, tannin, very dry finish.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, horseblanket funk. Taste is fruity apple, tangy, with barnyard funk, woody, some tartness & tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
