Brewed with the gang from Brewdog Nottingham for collab fest 2021. This is inspired by a Puerto Rican Sorbet and has plenty of grapefruit and orangelo peel steeped in, then a subtle dry hop added so not to crowd out the fruit.

Cask at Peterborough Beer Festival 2022. Pours hazed yellow with beige foam. Aroma: candied orange, grapefruit, wheat. Taste: light to moderate sweet with lighter bitterness. Near medium body.

25/8/2022. Cask at the 43rd Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours hazy/cloudy dark orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, orange, grass, straw. Medium sweetness, light but developing bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, slightly oily, average carbonation. Sugared grapefruit finish. Not bad.
