Pours hazy light golden with a white head. Aroma is tart with notes of malt, citrus and a hint of brett/funk. Taste is light sweet, light sour and light bitter with a dry, citrus and funky finish. Body is medium, texture is average and carbonation is soft to fizzy.

Clear blond to gold beer, small creamy white head, stable, a bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: funky, sourish, zesty, lots of citrus, fruity, some tropical fruits, pineapple. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity up front, fruity, zesty, lots of orange peel, bitter, lots of citrus, bit sourish, nice! Aftertaste: fruity, some orange peel, grapefruit, juicy, spicy, a bit herbal, funky, a little sourish, wild, nice stuff!

Bottle. Unclear pale golden body under a nice white head. Delicate aroma, citric fruit, wood, lemon and hint of funk. Taste is really refreshing with mild pale malt, citric fruit, wood and mild funk. Balanced body with a dry and very refreshing aftertaste. Nice, slightly funky saison.

Bottle at home, from an online peddler whom I cannot recall, 26/05/22. Unusually for a Kernel the liquid was filled to the brim. Clear golden with a fast collapsing white head. Nose is tarte citric zest, wood must, straw, apple skins, light funk, lemon rind, herb, hedgerow. Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, light funk, herb, modest yeast esters, very subtle acidic tickle, grains, apple orchard. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid tangy saison.

330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet City Nord. Dissipating white head, dotted spots on the glass, near-clear late straw coloured body. Promising smell of mild farmyard and ripe lemon. Fine blended taste profile with lemony hops, peaches, and yeasty fruitiness. Smooth ending of ripe fruits, mid-dry. Likable. (Bodø Panorama 02.12.2021).
