Tap at Brasserie Arnage, Cesena, Italy. 2023 vintage. Aroma is of sour fruits, piney, pine needles in particular. Body is average, with quite a carbonation. Some astringency. Taste has a nice sour, a little balsamic. Final is average.

Ma Che draught 5/3/24. Lightly hazed, lemon. Small, dense, white head. Nose is subtle, deep funk and good Brett and lacto. Gentle acidity but robust with excellent, not overdone fruit character. Biscuity, and also soft at times, malts with good dryness and zippy tartness from the grape and culture. Surprisingly easy drinking, mellow, balanced flavors. Very nicely done.

Let's get this party started! With some Italiambic, apparently. A few years old, so not as bright and juicy as could be, but still plenty of fruit there. Very woody, some sweet malts and a good dose of goaty funk. Tasty, but no Fou magic.
