More booze and more spice for even more nice. This is our Tripel with distinct flavors of clove and banana from the yeast, and noble hops for a fully rounded Christmas ale.

Bottle - enormous thanks HP for that. Hazy amber body, off-white head. Honey, orange notes, old stale fruit and caramel... hooh. Soft taste, overripe fruit, big honey, tankfully prickly enough to be interesting, light orange touches. Okay, but I see why people dislike it, I almost did as well.

0,33l bottle from To Öl Christmas calendar. BBE 12.10.2023. Light amber almost clear beer with medium head. Aroma is very mild, almost nothing. So is flavor, which has malts dried fruits, wood and coriander. Medium body, bit flat. Far from Belgium tripels.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear one, except lots of floaties. Some white bubbles on top. The aroma is quite fruity, with dried fruits, some caramel and a touch of bread in the flavor. The flavor has the same nice maltyness, with caramel, some bread and a touch of generic fruityness. Lasting finish. Nice and tasteful. 220122

Bottle, thanks Dave! Amber, low carbonation, low head. Grainy apple aroma, a hint honey. Medium full sweet body, too low carbonation for a triple. Sugary sweet entry, some allspice, cardemom, dusty grains, spongy finish. Lacks Spritziness in flavor and mouthfeel.

Bottle from Kvickly. Golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with bread and biscuit, along with strong Belgian spicy phenolics, like clove, coriander and cardamom. Sweetish malty and spicy flavour. With a somewhat heavy malt character, I can see how it's a winter tripel. It's well made, but I prefer brighter, sunnier tripels with more fruity character and hops
