2015 750mL bottle drunk 8/15/22. Waxy-yellow-bronze. Large, well-retained, white head. Nose is very interesting. Golden apples, honey, spicy yeast phenol, random autolysis notes and a cherry-like brett/lacto character that overlays everything. No alcohol. Quite malty. Sweet, not too much so, but pushing it. Honey, baked bread, with cherry, apple and spicy pepper-like phenolics. Not at all what I was expecting. Not very Biere de Champagne-like, but not in a bad way. Just different. Alcohol is under control, tartness is enjoyably balanced by the deep, sumptuous, probably slightly underattenuated malts. Certainly unique and interesting. Didn't get any acetone that others have mentioned.

Freezing Midtown bottle share. Darker orange pour with some white foam on top. Tart funky nose, some sour apples there. I really love the taste, fizzy vinegar, some good apples and great tangy vinegar character. Wow, this is really satisfying me. Good acidity that still leaves space for flavours. Nice apple jam vinegar linger in the finish.

Sampled at BXL 18. Thnx for sharing, everyone. Pours rather clear blonde, small white head. Smell is perfume, bit plastic, glue, rather hidden but it does throw the beer off. Taste is full, sharp, dry, tart, vinegar acid, glue, ok.

Bottle pour from Owl Farm: pours clear gold with large white head. Aroma is loads of funky grapes. Taste is sour, acidic, lightly sweet finish. Fruity, grapey aftertaste. Pretty interesting beer. Good.

At Brassin Public. Pours cloudy golden with a huge head. Aroma is honey, flowers, BFM funk. Body is medium, really sour, honey, flowers, very smooth. Palate is sweet and sour, really typical. A good champagned beer experiment.
