Tap at the Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Poured a hazy orange amber with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, orange citrus, dry hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a malt, light tart citrus, light alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Keg at BD Union Sq. It pours lightly hazy golden with a medium white head. The aroma is quite soft, mellow, bit of zingy, tangerine, bit of orange creamsicle and brioche. The taste is soft, bitter - sweet, pithy, zesty, tangerine, grassy, minerals, piney, straw and cracker with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not massively tangerine, just a bit. Drinks easy anyhow.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours an unclear orange with a finger of foam that lingers. Bright tangerine, mikan and kabosu aromas all over the nose. Nice fluffy texture and easy drinking. Not quite full on juice, but the palate is quite nice. Bright sweet citrus flesh throughout. More tangerine on the finish with some light pith coming in underneath. Very well done.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 12/1/2017. Pours opaquely hazy golden orange color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with amazing retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, tangerine, and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, tangerine, and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/sticky, and slightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 6.8%. Overall this is a fantastic NEIPA! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, tangerine, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink to drink with the mellow bitter/drying finish. The combination of the tangerine with Citra/Galaxy hops is perfect. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and lightly dank hop/fruit complexity; nice sized bready malt backbone, never too sweet/heavy. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.
