Oxcart is a blend of three year of traditional lambic inspired coolship spontaneous ale that follows the methode traditionnelle guidelines. OXCART is the purist expressions of our goals with Black Project, as spontaneous fermentation yields what we believe to be true terroir, great complexity, and depth of flavor. If you choose to cellar this beer it will age and develop for years to come.

Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a hazy gold with small white head. The aroma is light funk lemon zest, wood. Thin body, light dank, citrus, light bitter finish, very good.

Sampled at BXL bierfestival 2018. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours bit unclear. No real head. Smell is a bit lemony tart. Taste is tart. Bot dry. More subtile than version B. It's far better, as it doesn't have as much diacetyl. The better of both!
