Voilà une ambrée légère et savoureuse, toute en rondeurs, aux arômes délicats de café et de fruits secs.
An amber beer, light and well rounded with a coffee and dried apricot flavour.

Pours dark, caramelly brown. Very dark for an amber ale. Looks more like a dubbel. Medium small white head with a decent stability. Even though it's not tight in texture. Smell is bit toasty, mild metallic. Tad herbal hoppyness. Taste is sharp, tad bitter, mild toastyness in the back, toasty, bit herbal hoppyness. Tad metallic. High Carbo, rather thin body. Not much aftertaste. Bit of sweetness, tad herbal. Very mild roastyness in the very ending.

Bottled. Hazy dark brown, rich head. Toasty nose with a touch of lemon. MId dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Toasty with some coffee. Low-medium bitterness.
