Bottle: Poured a deep copper color ale with a medium size foamy head with limited retention and light lacing. Aroma is a mix of caramelized malt notes with some wet leather notes of Brett.Taste is also a mix of wet leather Brett notes with some dry caramelized notes and some tartness. Body is about full with good carbonation. OK but the un-Bretted beer may have been better.

A copper amber ale with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, nice crisp malt with Brett, light lactic notes, light cherries, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light Epsom salts, pleasant.

Amber-brown colour. Sweet, brown sugary character. Woody, some vinegar in there. Not bad necessarily, but not my thing.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark rusted red with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out plenty of brett, caramel, and dark red fruits. Flavour reveals gentle brett, bourbon barrels, caramel, and dark fruits. Not much tartness at all; the barrels are really nicely situated, and the eccentric mix of flavours work well together. Very good.

500ml bottle. Pours a murky brown-orange with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a small, creamy, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Sweet aroma of Brett, toasted caramel malt, tart cherry, dark fruit, bourbon and oak. Sweet flavour of toasted caramel malt, toffee, light molasses, tart cherry, red berries, dark fruit, Brett and oak in a dry, sour, bourbon warming finish. Medium to full body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Lots of complexity. Adding Brett and barrel aging their 24-2 Stock Ale has turned a good beer into a phenomenal beer.
