Little cloudy orange beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of diacetyl, butterscotch, caramel, malty, sweetish. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish, unpleasant, maly, diacetyl, soft bitterness, infected (?), bit fruity, some banana. Aftertaste: burned rubber, unpleasant, herbal, sourish, very bad.

Pours pretty dark for a hefeweizen. Unclear, but more amber than the usual, wheat-loaded blonde. Small white head, much smaller than the average weizen for sure. Smell is Banana, clear wheat, more hidden aspects of clove. All is there, but the intensities are not in the same balance as the average weizen. Taste is full, wheat, mild tarntess by the wheat. Clear banana, bubblegum is also very strong in this one. Restrained bitterness, not much hoppyness at all. Hidden but noticable cloves. Very mild bitterness on the backbone is easely overpowered by sweetness from esthers and the grainsbase. Decent weizen, but not the best ever. Bonus for the label though !
