Bottle.Dark Ruby colour with no head.Aroma slightly berries and caramel sweet with not of dry fruit medium body metallic sweet but a bit odd.

500ml Bottle - Deep red in colour. Malty aroma with hints of raisins and berries. Malty and moderately fruity taste with rye, grain, raisins, caramel and some faint berry notes detected.

Bottle, binuspoints for tributing this once again to one of my favorite bands, whilst maintaining the artwork style I count to my personal favorites. This whole series have been the most worthy of chasing, label wise. The beers are usually less overwhelming. But there's always the chance this one will be. Pours brown, unclear and chestnut colored. Small but extremely stable. And very creamy white head. Smell is bit dark bread, German yeast. Leaves-in-the-fall. Bit caramel. Taste is sharp, rather bitter, breadcrust. I do get a metallic undertone. Médium body and Carbo. Overall à bit to sharp. Would have preferred more sweetness ( less bitterness) in this particular style. The whole would be lifted up by that. Still. Not a bad beer tho.

On tap. Black colour, poor lacing. Aroma is prune, roasted malt. Light bitterness. Medium carbonation, medium body - not too heavy. Has something Belgian in it. Good.
