Draught at lambiczoon: pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma is light bread and some vague fruit. Taste is mellow, malty, low bitterness and some fruit touches. Different from other beers of the style I had.

On tap at Lambiczoon, Milano. Cloudy golden, white head. Citrus, malty, bit grassy, soft texture, nice bitter touch. Dry. Easy drinkable. Light to medium bodied. Not like German Kolsch, but very tasty.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 18 June 2018) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with bread, citrus and grass. Malty, fruity taste with notes of bread, citrus, grass, peaches, some dough and a mild grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Hardly complex, but tasty and balanced. Quite nice.

Dec. ’16. On tap at Ma Che, Rome. It poured a hazy golden body with medium sized head. Smooth creamy aroma, light sourness, and steamy white flour. Flavor was mildly sour but otherwise fine creamy lager-ish, flour, bread, light fruit, typical for the style. Medium body with shorter creamy finish. Light herbal bitterness popped up here as well. Quite simple, but a nice, true rendition of Kolsch. Probably the best I’ve ever had. Well done!
