6 years old 0.75l bottle, shared with David @ Sima. Aroma of cherries, raspberries, oak and red wine. Pours cloudy dark brown color with almost non existing head, but with thin creamy tan-like rim. Taste starts with extremely tart berries and wine, following is toasted, woody and mild funky with smooth, mild spicy and astringent mouthfeel. Full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Cyber berries…

deep slighlty sweet fruity aroma of ripe old cherries and some more sour red berries. raspberries. dried dark fruity malty base, a bit of tempered funk and wild ale'ness, similar to rodenbach but smoother and queter. A lot of fruit in here.
Flavor is fruity sour and wild aleish sour, cherries, sour tart wild ale, not much salad dresing, it is more like cantillon sour, unsweeteened lambic sour, but then with a huge dose of sweeter cherries and other berries. also the sourness is, when i think of it, more US wild aleish, than it is cantillon lambic'ish. nevertheless a solid sour with very nice fruity notes yet still darn sour and tart - no weird flavors.

Tap at BGB. Enormous thanks Matija K. for sharing. Daaaark brown body, light brown head. Or at least they looked like that in the blue light of the place. Fantastic tart aroma, fruity - raspberries, light cherry candy, quite jammy, quite tart, a bit acetic and pungent. Tart and jammy berry taste, strawberry and blackberry jam more than anything else for me, rather than the two berries specified, the tartness is pretty big, somewhat acetic, somewhat lactic. A bit lean, a bit salty - really dug it, a wow from me!

Tap at BeerGeek. Lots of cherry fruity character, generally very fruity and berryish. Very sour, but unfortunately mostly acetic, to the point of being unpleasant. I could finish a 0,3l glass without big issue, but it is only because I have not had a such acetic beer for a long time and I am used to beers like this. But it is definitely out of balance in terms of the sour character. Also the berries are contributing lots of tart tannins, further reinforcing the acetic character. Overall, this is a fine beer in small amounts for vinegar/tannin enthusiasts. It could be so much more with a bit of fine tuning though.

Keg at the Riverside Beer Festival - BBNo Morden Wharf. Pours mostly clear brown-red with a small, foamy off-white head. Great aroma, flavour not quite as top notch. Quite acetic, lots of dark berries, salt. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sharp and tangy in the finish, more acetic bite, leathery berries. Good overall.
