Bottle: Poured golden with no head. Aroma piney, fruity, honey. Taste is sweet honey, light alcohol burn, fruity, spices, sticky.

22/1/2022. Bottle serving at Charters Bar, Peterborough. Cambridgeshire rating #300. Pours clear golden with a slight copper tint and no head. Aroma is sweet, honey, super Christmas spices, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and a touch of pine cone. Medium to heavy sweetness. Super warming spiced alcohol. Very good, and my favourite of the 5 we tried at Charters.

750ml bottle pour at Charters Bar courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! At Peterborough micropub crawl with SHIG & Grumbo 22Jan2022. Golden colour, no head and aroma of Christmas spices, honey, spruce trees. Taste is sweet, honey, woody, Christmas spice, floral, boozy. Medium to full bodied, low carbonation, sweet spiced finish. Nicely drinkable.
