Bottle from The Cat in the Glass, Manchester. Orange/gold pour. Nose is dessert pear, lychee, grapefruit, kiwifruit. Taste is dessert pear, grapefruit, kiwifruit, passionfruit, touch of fresh mint. Quite medicinal.

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured an unclear golden with a white bubble head. Aroma is apple, fruity, musty, light woodsy, pungent. Taste is apple, tannins, leathery, citrus, mushy, funky finish.

20/2/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy very pale gold with a small bubbly short lasting white head. Aroma of apple, straw, flowers, funky notes. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly watery, spritzy carbonation. Good.

Sample thanks to danlo. Cheers mate. Misty golden yellow pour, floral wild funk nose. Taste presents a delicate dry floral fruity character, apple skins emerging, not particularly fleshy but has a nice fine fruitiness, mild gooseberry and white grape impressions. Interesting with good drinkability. Nice.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazy golden colour, big white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of funk, straw, apple. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, funky, fruity, hint of straw, wood, with grapefruit notes and drying citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
