Sweet, fruity, juicy apple aroma. An initial sweet apple flavour gives way to all sorts of fruits: lemon, raspberry, and lime to name a few. A medium body keeps it nicely balanced. A really refreshing cider!

Can sample at a tasting at Stas' place. Thanks Stas. Clear golden. Apple, some sulphur, minerals, sweetish and a bit sourish.

14/1/2022. Can sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers. Pours clear bright gold with minimal head. Aroma of sweet apple, touch of vanilla and spice. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Not bad.

Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Golden colour, short-lived bubble thin white foam head and aroma of apple, syrup. Taste is crisp apple, fleshy, some core and skin, fruity, with a hint of vanilla and drying citric notes. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

330ml Can from Bottle & Barrel, Aberystwyth. Misty gold pour, filling the glass with bubbles which subside sharpish. Aroma of sweet, syrupy apple, mild sulphur. Fair carbonation to taste, crisp and light, moderately sweet apple fruit, mild sulphur, crisp bittersweet character. Decent overall.
