500ml bottle from The Offy, Whitstable. Drunk at home in France after picking up Willow our foster dalmatian. Pours clear, with an extremely pale greenish complexion. Typically Kentish medium sweet cider.. fresh and clean with a pleasant sweetness, not too sticky. Nice

Bottle from Biddenden. It pours clear super pale greenish - gold with a quickly dissipating fizzy head. The aroma is sweet dessert apple, sugary, apple skin, damp oak, hay and wet grass. The taste is initially crisp and crunchy, refreshers, sweet - sour, some pucker, dessert apple, light acidity, juicy, soor plooms, dry oak and hay with a drying finish. Average body and moderate, fizzy carbonation. Fresh and quenching. Aroma is sweet, but taste is better balanced.

Taste is sweetish, fruity, apple, fleshy, some tartness, with gooseberry notes, and citric acidity. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, drying fruity finish with lingering sweetness. Quite drinkable.
