Green Comma is a DDH'd sour beer. We brewed a base beer with a fruity ester profile and moderate acidity before dry hopping it twice with citra. The juicy fruit characteristics of the hops work well to deliver a refreshingly tart punch.The Green Comma butterfly is found in North America and can be seen in the Yakima Valley where our Citra hops were grown.

Keg at Brewdog Tower Hill. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a frothy white head. Aroma is sweet juicy orange, sticky tropical, grape. Woody mango. Light tang. Flavour is composed of tangy fruit Smoothie, tart citrus, green mango, lassi, lactose sugars, pithy finish. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, moderate carbonation. Fun.

Tap. Devonshire Cat, Sheffield. Nose has tart hop leaf. Lime peel. Squeezy lemon juice. Lemon meringue. Touch of mint and soapy herb. Taste is nicely balanced, bittersweet and herbal. Medium body. Feels fresh. Fine carbonation. Fresh, tart bitterness to finish. Nice.

Keg at the Star and Garter, Bromley. Cloudy orange pour with a white head. Aromas of marmalade, peach, mango. Flavours of orange peel, tangerine, marmalade. Hoppy, sour action. Goid stuff.

Keg at Cask & kitchen, Pimlico. A very appley beer in aroma and taste. Nice sour levels. Juicy appearance.

Keg @ Knott Bar, Manchester. Cloudy peach-amber with a thin head. It's a dense textured and mildly tarty with its tropical fruits. Characterful but understated in its taste.
