Bottle at home. A bit hazy amber color, medium sized beige head. Aroma is malts, a bit bready, dough. Flavor is malts, sweetish, amber malts, light malt bitter. Decent to medium body and carbonation. Meh. 6-3-6-3-11

Pours unclear, darker amberblonde. Small white head. Smell is bit malty, very mild yeastyness (esthers ) but overall, not very intense, and still pretty balanced. not much hops though. Taste is reasonably bitter. Surprisingly aromatic. tad sweet. esthers, but in an enjoyable amount. mild grassy notes, as well as fruity notes from the hops, that turn over a bit spicy, which compliments the yeastyness really well. carbo is average, which is extraordenary good for a Belgian random tripel, that is usually overcarbonatred as fuck. The body is also very nice. Overall, this is a quite simple tripel, but well made, and clear of the errors so many other Belgian tripels have. I enjoyed this more than I anticipated for.
