DDH Kveik Pale Ale, 1890 cans produced. Hops: Citra, Simcoe, Sabro.

Citra, Simcoe und Sabro tun, was sie tun sollen: Sie verführen euch mit einem paradiesischen Aroma tropischer Früchte. Ananas, Kokos, Maracuja, etwas Zitrus. Definitiv ein Vorgeschmack auf den Sommer. Die Kveik-Hefe hat nur wenig Restextrakt übriggelassen und bringt die Fruchtnoten richtig weit nach vorn. Und obwohl hier eine Menge Hopfen drinsteckt, haben wir nur zarte 15 Bittereinheiten. Eva & Adam ist schön trocken, frisch, saftig und mit 5,7 % Alkohol extrem gut und gerne wiederholt trinkbar.

Bottle at tasting with the Munich Ratebeer tasting group, Tuesday 2nd August 2022 at Jonas's house Garching. Pours hazy yellowy colour with a white head, soft moutheel, a little flurry of creamyness, good.

Can. Murky orange golden. Lychee and lychee. Maracuja. Cream. Tastes sparkly, creamy, fruit juice.

Can, danke HP! Lychee and mint, cloudy golden, offwhite head. Medium light foamy body. Fruit foam. Easy drinkable.

Cloudy golden. Aroma is mango pineapple lychee light bread. Taste is bitter kick and light sweet fresh malt base and little hop bitterness. Quite drinkable but the first bitter kick is strange.

Can. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is juicy lychee, white grapes, mild mint, not very hoppy, but strong fruit character. Taste is lychee, mild mint again, a bit sweet, but good drinker. Silky mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Tasty!

44cl can. A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of juicy hops, yeast, yellow fruits, grapes. Taste of juicy hops, grapes, yellow fruits, quite yeasty, mild bitterness. Good!

Fruchtiger, mild süßer Hopfenbeginn. Maracuja und Ananas sind deutlich erschmeckbar, die Süße geht zum Mittelteil noch zurück, das Bier ist so fast schon zu trocken. Süffig, geringe Bitterkeit, ansteigend hopfig. Die Fruchtigkeit nimmt ab und ist zum Ende hin kaum mehr relevant. 8/10/12/9/11/9
