From tap at Melkebaren with OSB people after concert at Hotel Residence 15.02.20. Straw colour. Not much head. Excellent aroma and taste with lambic, brett, rose hips and cloves. Complex.

Box - Cloudy orange and dark with no head. Orange, lots of funk and perfume. Light soured funk, touch of orange and perfumy. Nice and easy drinking.

Box. Slight haze, maybe a bit pink, This is quite earthy, leathery, and with a touch of brett. Flat, a bit juicy, and while I don't get any rose character but not bad.

3L box, pours a hazy dark amber with a tiny head. Nose is quite floral, with lots of rose petals upfront, signature lambic funk, and some earthy notes. Flavour reveals a wonderful funk, with just enough rose petals, a very dry character, and leather. Beautiful funk character, with an added dryness contributed by the roses. Excellent.

3 liter bag in box from Best of beer, Ålborg. Unclear orange golden body with no head. Mild but distinct funky Brett aroma. Fruity, wood, slightly acidic but not as much as lemon or vinegar. Aroma gives an impression of spring, and flowers for some reason. Taste is refreshing, more acidic than expected from aroma, ripe fruit, acidic berries, wood, farmhouse, funk, floral, mild vinegar and a hint of herbs. God balanced medium strong body with a bone dry, fruity, wood and acidic aftertaste. Delicious and more complex as ordinary lambic.

Tap at 100 piv. Not as strong sourness as expected from Beersel, but that only serves it well. Roses are very subtle, I could not pick them apart by myself. Overall character well rounded, moderate amount of complex funk, light peachy/stone fruit fruitiness. Easy drinking, rather low carbonation, thin body. Very good.
