(Draft at Billie's Bier Kafétaria, Antwerpen, 18 Sep 2025) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with brief head. Fruity nose with funky yeast, oak wood, citrus, peaches and light floral aromas. Fruity, tart taste with notes of apricots, orange peel, oak wood, yeast, roses and a finish with a balanced acidity. Hardly any bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tart, refreshing and well balanced. Very nice.

A hazed golden lambic with a very thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light horse blanket, light Epsom salts, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, a nice mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, horseblanket, light black pepper and faint rosewater. On tap at Mondial 2025.

On tap at Oud Beersel. Pours clear amber with no head. Fairly gentle rose petal on the nose. Flavour is very floral, some upholstery. Not a huge fan.

A small taste from a friend (tap) @ One Pint Pub. Pours hazy amber with no head. Aroma is sour malts with rose. Flavor is sour malts, rose, vinegar. Flat. Decent.

25 cl draft at ’t Brugs Beertje in Bruges, Belgium. The pour is a clear golden with a white foamy head that falls quickly. The aroma is floral, rose, and a soft general herbal. The taste is rosehips right away, then moves to a soft tartness and mild fink sour. The palate is almost flat, lighter bodied with a tart rose lingering. Nice one, very unique flavors.

container @ Tuulensuu Aroma has earthy notes, mild tartness, grapefruit. Flavour has earthy notes, some grapefruit. Palate has no CO2. A solid lambic.

Bag in the box @Meddlesome Moth. Goblet 5oz pour was my only option. Peach tea, dusty, but see-through. Scent is heavy clay & faded roses. Not super pungent, but there. It is also perceived to be very minerally. Taste is a sweet & sour. Less intense than basic Beersel, almost like melon rind mixed with rose water on the earthy, old wood base lambic. Hints of battery, but more wood pushes through. Thin, yeasty, pithy, bitter-tart, bigger than average abv. Overall surprisingly soft, though it is still capable of a clench. Solid-ish. Not crazy about potpourri.

Draught, 6.8% at Beer Time. Good acetic acid aroma. Cloudy reddish colour. No head. The flavour is citric and slightly acetic. Has a faint nose of rose petals or some floral thing at least. Quite citric and nicely dry, so not perfumy at all.

Bag-in-Box. Pinkish orange colour with small head. Aroma is rosehip, wooden and some herbal tones. Flavour is floral, rosehip, some herbal and quite tart wooden tones. Not that dry, but very refreshing.
