Bladder box at Beaverex '18, day one, 07/09/18. Reddish orange with a well presented crimson cap. Nose is tarte red berry must, funk, tangy citric shreds, damp cloth, hay bale. Taste comprises wood must, berry skins, funk, frass, damp alleyway, tarte berry compote, pissy tones, wet cloth, hint of perfume and rose petals, kind of on the turn Turkish Delight. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering finale. Decent.

Tap at Foeders. Hazy peachy with no head. Sour grain, parfumey rose petals, hay, dried grass. Moderate sweet and sour. Light bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

BiB at Foeders. Murky dull pinkish orange with no head. Funk, soft grapefruit, rose but not sure if I’d get 🌹 if I didn’t know it was in there, soft earthy notes, light white wine. Medium sour, just medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied and flat. Very nice.

Bottled, huge thanks to Kraddel! Almost clear reddish golden, almost flat. Intense aroma of roses and citric lemon. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Mild citric acid, lots of roses. Restrained brett character. Mild stale hop bitterness. Unique, but perhaps not super complex.
