🎄Baby, All I want for Christmas (2021)🎅 s jinými chmely, výrazným hop burstingem a dvojitým studeným chmelením. Letos o něco hořčí a sušší.
Chmelení: Comet, Sultana, Mosaic, Citra 🇺🇸 a Barbe Rouge 🇫🇷. Kvašení blendem East Coast kvasnic.

Bottle 0.75l. Slightly cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- candies, lychee, raspberry, citrusy, juice, pleasant alcohol, Christmas citrusy jelly. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, a bit warming, nice alcohol, Christmas jelly, pine, malty and herbal. Fuller bodied. Christmas tree in the bottle. Nice.

Tap at NaPalmě. Murky golden-orange body, off-white head. Orange notes kick off the generally malty aroma, with light tropical hoppy notes. Nice. The taste is similar to that. Orange heads towards tangerine here, peachy notes, solid malty backbone, clean, light herbal touches. Okay overall, maybe getting slightly in age so it's not as lively as it might have been, but I liekd it kinda.

Bottle. Pours hazy gold with white head. Zesty, citruses on nose. Medium bitterness, zesty, citruses, medium to high bitterness. Bit rough. But so be it.
