Canned 11/1/17, shared by TJ on 12/9/17.
Bright, light, almost neon pink with no head and a low-to-moderate haze.
Passion fruit and raspberry share the nose with the wheat and it is clean and not full of any cheap lactic character. Maybe spoke too soon...as it warms and breathes I do get some chewable fruit flavored aspirin character....
In the mouth it's incredibly dry, snappy and biscuity from the wheat. Very, very high attenuation across the board here. Still a reasonable texture though tending a bit thin on account of it. Yep, this could be softer. Fruit is tart and lightly acidic, very, very attenuated. But the passion fruit is real and enjoyable, the raspberry not too dominant.

16 oz. can, Chalumeaux. More in pink in color, with very fast dying head. Aroma is light raspberry, yogurt, mild blackberry. Have a horizontal for Berliner/ Gose, this is weaker in character. Has a malty center, low tartness. Pretty tame.

Sample at the Granite State Brewers Festival. Pours like hazy fruit punch. Earthy tart lactic and fruity but mostly enamel destroying tartness. Pretty tasty in small doses.
