Edit 8/2021. As Krušovice Královský ležák 12 Malty and glucose aroma, herbal. Briliant dark gold body; lacing white head. Grainy, glucose sirup, slimy-feel in the mouth, spicy. Weird tasting bohemian lager. 0,5 l, bottle, supermarket, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ). # 734; 5/2017. As Krušovice 12 ze žateckého chmele Průměrný pivo z českýho průmyslovýho pivovaru s drsnější bylinnou hořkostí, sladové, zanechávající slizský pocit v ústech. 4-2-5-1-7 = *1,9

Can, 0.50l, courtesy of Petter. Aroma is grainy, grassy, papery and mild citrusy. Appearance 3 Pours clear dark golden color with medium sized soapy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet grainy, following is herbal, very mild fruity, medicinal, mouthfeel is dry, while finish is bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Točené (Šalamda, Hl.n. Praha): Clear, golden, medium-sized creamy white head with a nice lacework, moderate dryish bitter-sweet nose of grains and grassy hops; dry and a bit tart bitter flavour, malty base hardly detectable, not overly soft, pretty light bodied; dry bitter finish. More a Dutch than a Bohemian Pilsener…

From tank at Dutch pub. Clear golden body. Light herbal aroma. Lean, dry taste, sporting a solid pleasant white bread maltiness with some herbal hoppiness along the edges. The ultimate Krušovice 12, heh, better than expected and better than the dead average beer it usually is at best. Would drink again.
