Bottle, as Královská. Amber, fine carbonation, low head. Grainy malt base, ok chewiness, light hay, grassy, herbal and earthy hops. Fairly clean but with a Landbier rural touch.

Barwa złota, klarowne, piana biała, niezbyt obfita, ale w miarę trwała. W aromacie słodowe, lekki DMS, chmiel raczej na granicy autosugestii. W smaku słodowe, chmiel już wyraźniejszy. Goryczka niska do średniej, nieco tępa, wysycenie i ciało w normie. Najwyżej poprawny pils.

Bottle as part of a birthday giftset of Czech beers. Thnx ! Pours clear golden, small but stable, very fluffy white head. Much visible carbonation rising up, maintaining the head to stay stable, and keeping all the molecules of the beer where they belong. Very nice! Smell is mostly crisp malts, as well as noble hops in mild, but recognizable amounts. Medium intensity. Taste is medium bitter at first, but it fades as soon as the actual taste kicks in - consisting of maltyness (crisp, white bread ) Some very mild noble hops-spicyness, as well as a decent amount of malt-aroma ( mostly retronasal ) The aftertaste is this beer’s weakest point, as it pretty much has none. Doesn’t seem an all-grain beer to me, perhaps some additives/syrups were used. The outcome is still decent enough, but I’ve had way better (also standard ) options from Czech lagers.

On tap at Zeppelin pub, Liptovský Mikuláš. At Krušovice they know how to make an excellent looking beer. Full stop. Aroma is typical for pilsner - malty nothing. Taste is full of malt, almost no bitterness. But if you tend to explore more you may eventually find some. Classics, no surprise.

Aug. ’16. A 0.4 l can. It poured a clear, lightly hazy golden-amber body with medium sized head. Fine Saaz hop aroma, lightly dusty and lemony with honey malt. Flavor was lightly to moderately bitter, hoppy, with a distinct, even pleasant lightly sour hop note. Malty counterpart was like bread and biscuit with touch of honey. Lightly soapy from bitterness, more pronounced later on. Medium bodied with longer finish which was dry, herbal, unfortunately touched with a metal/cardboard off note at the very end, which ruined it for me. Okay anyway.
