Draft. A- Oak, vanilla, white wine, complex. A- Copper color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Booze, roses, oak, vanilla, white wine, complex. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly boozy finish. O- This drinks every bit of 10% but does so with class. A pretty darn complex nose and palate that has really one uped the base beer. Well done for sure.

750 ml bottle. Clear golden color with an amber hue. Aroma has a good amount of Honey/ buttery Chardonnay oak barrel.
Flavor is bold Chardonnay barrel, honey forward with a very mild white grape. Texture is slick and show a good yeast and malt character. Proper carbonation is effervescent. Overall, this base tripel did really well in the barrel.

On tap at the brewery. Clear, burnt orange appearance with a white head. Aroma smells like caramel, apple cider, pears, and grapes. A little goopy. Kinda strong. Tons of apple. Weird. OK, I guess.
