Bottle at Hair of the Dog, Phrom Phong, Bangkok. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a frothy light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, big boozy Apple. The flavour is moderate sweet with a crisp but rich, light watery tart apple, sugary boozy alcohol palate. Full bodied with flat carbonation. Lots going on and hits the mark.

Blue waxed bomber, 2017 vintage. Pours black with a thin tan head with decent retention. Aroma is fudgy, wood, vanilla, apple cinnamon. Taste is sweet and savory with flavors like the aroma. The apple brandy is not in your face, only a suggestion. Tasty stuff, though.

17.01.2019, 0,65l bottle (2016 vintage) shared with friends @ home:
Nice light brown slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet mineraly, dark malts, minerals, oak, dark sugar, honey, bark, alcohol, toast, paper, toffee, licorice and coffee. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish mineraly, weeds, dark sugar, soil, bark, toast, alcohol, dark malts, dried dark fruits, nuts, honey, paper, coffee. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly watery and harsh boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Bottle, It's a dark brown beer, really dark brown, with a dense dark beige head. Some lacing. The aroma has a nice sweetish honey touch, but mostly it's roasted malts, dark chocolate, coffee and toffee. Some cocoa and booze. It's full-bodied, warming and sweet, with a touch of bitterness in the back. Roasted malts, coffee, toffee, dark dried fruits and a touch of bitterness in the flavor. Lasting finish. Delicious as hell this one. 181231

Bottle 650ml @ yngwie, New Year tasting 18/19
Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, alcohol, coffee, licorice and wood. Taste is heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, chocolate, coffee, wood and caramel finish finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
