On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome), Colorado Tap Takeover. Oro pallido, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori fruttati ,esteri, leggero citrico ed erba tagliata, lieviti. In bocca è bilanciata, molto gradevole, dall'attacco dolce e finale amaro moderato. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Pulita e ben fatta, ma forse un po' timida.

On tap at 4:20 in Rome-Italy at the Colorado Tap takeover event (perpetual thanks to Alex and Cris for making this possible). Hazy/cloudy yellowish pour, medium white foam with retention. Nose: much esters, clove, a kinda Wheat feel. Mouth: malty, slightly citric, rich maltiness medium sweet. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A clear light gold with a wheaty funk aroma. Light bodied, round carbonation with lots of wheat and white pepper. An incredibly clean and smooth tasting saison.

Hazy straw. Aroma is mostly yeasty, in that footy sort of way. Has a lot of coriander and again a fair bit of yeastiness. Sweetish finish. Sort of a clumsy saison.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white head. The aroma is coriander, clove, banana. Medium mouth strong banana, citrus, spice, lingering dryness, good.

On tap @ the brewery. Hazy yellow appearance with a white head. Heavy clove, lemon, banana aroma. High carbonation. A little gooey, moderate high sweetness. Sweet and overly phenolic. Quite spicy. Home brew Saison.

Tap at the brewery - the yeast is out of control in this one - huge abrasive peppery/spicy phenolics that practically burn the tongue - heavy clove and white pepper - a bit of plastic - some sweet notes of melon and apple late, but nothing will balance that yeast - abrasive finish with surprisingly high bitterness - despite my rating, I taste a lot of potential here - just have to reign in that yeast.
