On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, dough, wheat. Medium body, earthy malt, wheat, light dry finish, very good.

Tap at the brewery. Lemon and crackers. Clean, light nose. Deep golden. Clear. Lightly sweet, bread, lemon. Decent, bit heavy.

Pours unclear blonde, medium sized head, with a low end of medium stability. Smell is bit fruity ( citric) from the hops. Mild. taste is sharp, bitter ( too bitter for a kolsch in my opinion) with a nice malty back. Cereal, white bread; the actual taste is actually pretty nice. Mild malty aftertaste, that lasts short to medium. Pretty solid , refreshing beer.

Poured from can dated 8/2/17 light hay color with a thin white head. Aromas of cereal straw spices hay and yeast. Taste is nice and refreshing and true to style albeit a tad sweet. Well crafted.

16 oz can, thanks to Chalumeaux on the share. Aroma is sweet malts, cereal, faint, subtle hop in the background. Mouthfeel is medium to lighter with soft/ mild carbonation. The flavor is spot on the German lager that is a tad on the sweet side but proper without a doubt. Very easy to drink.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear gold with a teams, white head. Crisp cereal aroma, with a little dough, straw. Light sweet flavour with some doughy biscuits, faint butter, light bitter hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Alright finish, more basic biscuits, staw, dough. Simple affair.
